1/2 cup granulated sugar
5 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cold milk
1 1/2 cups scalded milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
1 cup Angel Flake Coconut
1-1 1/2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour and salt with the cold milk. Add scalded milk stirring constantly. Cook on medium heat until thick. Add beaten eggs and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Partially cool until you can add 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly and pour into pie Crust. When ready to serve, cover with Cool whip or whipped cream and then cover with Angel Flake Coconut
