2lb Fresh Italian Sausage,
8 Red Peppers,
2 cloves of garlic,
butter,
olive oil ,
1 can tomato sauce,
1 cup marsala wine,
salt and pepper to taste,
pinch of cinnoman ,
hot pepper flakes optional

Directions:
Directions:
boil 2 quarts of water and add the sausage. cook 10-15 mins long just till little pink inside.
cut up peppers inot bit size pieces
in a med nonstick pan ad butter and oil
on med. heat add garlic and hot pepper flakes and saute till light brown add peppers and cook on low heat till soft and browned.
Cut up sauages into bit size pieces and add to the pan cook 3-4 mins to brown sausage add sauce and wine cook on low heat add a dash of cinnoman.
simmer about 1 hour
add salk and pepper to taste
