1 green bell pepper diced
1 large package fresh sliced mushrooms
garlic salt, accent, meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle seasoning on fat side of brisket, rub in. Place vegetables in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Place meat fat side down on vegetables then cover with tin foil. Bake 4-5 hours on low heat. 325º

30 minutes before end of cooking time turn meat over and slice off fat. Slice meat into serving sizes, ( Meat should be tender ), recover and cook last 30 minutes.

This works well in a crock pot also, just follow directions but cook on low for 8 hours.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This simple meat dish is excellent and tastes like a very expensive meat served at high end resturants. ( great for company ) Mary Root Arrington
