8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
Chicken breast, cooked, cut up into small chunks
Blue Cheese Dressing
Texas Hold'em Hot Sauce
Dipping Taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and cream cheese. Place in casserole dish (8x8 or 8x11). Smooth to cover entire bottom of dish. Place chicken breast evenly over mixture. Pour Texas Hold'em Hot sauce on chicken mixture. Place dollops of Blue Cheese dressing over the entire mixture. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with celery sticks and thick taco chips.

This can be served hot or cold, depending on the crowd or season. If desired, can be heated at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or thereabouts. Not an exact science for me. Also, this recipe can be doubled for a real crowd pleaser.
