2 eggs
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 c coconut
1 c chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c confectionary sugar
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple plus juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda - mix well. Stir in pineapple with juice, coconut and nuts. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla and confectionery sugar - Mix thoroughly. Spread on cooled cake. Enjoy!
