1 can whole corn
8 oz sour cream
1/2 c diced onion
1 egg
1 stick butter
1/4 c milk
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
Directions:

Mix all together and put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes, till brown on top.
