1 stick oleo
1 1/2 cups Quaker Quick Oats
1 3/4 c sugar
1 tbls flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and stir into oats. Mix together next 4 ingredients, add to oats. Beat egg and vanilla, add, then stir in nuts. Cover cookie sheet with foil and drop by 1/2 tsp about 4 inches apart. Bake at 350º 10-11 minutes. Cool, then peel cookies off foil.
