1 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the shortening, sugar and eggs together.
Sift together the rest of the ingredients, add to the above. From balls into size of a walnut and roll in 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 350º 10-12 min
