24 medium sized cucumbers (cubed)
1/2 cup of canning salt
8 cups of water
1 teaspoon of curry powder
2 cups of vinegar
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of mustard seed
1 Tsp of celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut cucumbers in to cubes and place in a crock. Combined 8 cups of water and a 1/2 cup of salt and pour solution over cucumbers. Let stand for 5 hours. Drain and rinse the cucumbers thoroughly. Combined the remaining ingredients and bring to a complete boil. Add the cucumbers and return to boil. Remove from heat and pack in to sterile jars wipe off the rims and seal immediately.
