1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 3 0z. package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large can fruit cocktail (drained)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in lemon juice over hot water. Soften cream cheese, blend in mayonnaise into cream cheese mixture, blend in gelatin mixture. Add fruit, mixing gently. Add nuts.
Whip cream with the sugar. Fold fruit mixture into whipped creamed mixture. Pour into ring mold. Chill overnite if possible. Unmold and decorate with pineapple ring halves and cherries.
