"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Have guests write their name on a quart size ziploc bag with a permanent marker.
Crack 2 eggs into the bag (NOT MORE THAN 2) and then shake well. Each person adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and then shake well again. Make sure to get all of the air out of the bag and then zip it shut.
Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6 - 8 omlets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water. Remove the bags after 13 minutes and when you open the bags the omlet will roll out easily. Serve with fruit of your choice.

This really works and is a great conversation piece!

We made these omlets while camping and they were a hit!
