2 lbs beef stew meat
5-6 red potatoes peeled & cubed
2-3 cans cut green beans
1-2 cans whole kernel corn
1 large can mushrooms (optional)
1 large onion chopped
1-2 cans Rotel tomatoes (or plain diced)
1 tbsp chili powder

Put all ingredients in 6 qt. pan, add water to fill. Cook on medium heat 1-2 hours till meat is tender. Serves 12 Prep: 10 min. + cooking time.
