3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T water
12 oz chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp soda
1 box Andes mints

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar and water. Heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat. Stir until chocolate is melted. Pour into bowl. Let stand 10 minutes to cool. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll into small balls. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven. Immediately place half a piece of mint candy on each cookie. Allow to soften and swirl with a knife. Cool on a rack.
