3 eggs
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla (generous)
3 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
confectionery sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
crisco
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into 1 to 1½" hot grease through a funnel in a pretzel or other shape. Fry until golden brown - turn. Drain on towel and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
