1/2 gal. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (mixed)
1 pt. half and half
2 tsp. diced jalapenos
1 c. cooked, diced chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken stock and white pepper and bring to a boil. To thicken, melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour and then add half and half. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and thickened (stir constantly). Stir into chicken broth until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients. To serve: Sprinkle with tortilla chips and garnish with a spoonful of guacamole and mixed cheese.
