3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. softened margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar

1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together peanut butter, margarine and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to cream mixture. The dough should not be dry but you should be able to pinch a ball of it with your hand and roll it in a ball. If you need a little extra flour to make it the right consistency, add a little at a time. Place balls about an inch big on cookie sheet. Dip a fork in sugar and criss cross the balls. Bake at 350 until set (LIGHT brown on bottom). Do not overbake!
