1 lb. dried northern beans
1 small/medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and soak the beans covered with water, 12-24 hours. Drain, put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, cover with about 1" of water (about 3 cups). Close cover securely, cap with the regulator, cook 45 minutes with the regulator rocking slowly. Cool 1/2 hour, lift regulator carefully. Continue cooling, then open.
