1 frozen puff pastry package

Filling:
3/4 c. cream cheese
2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
salt, paprika and nutmeg
1 egg (for glazing)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all filling ingredients. Roll out pastry dough to 3/8" thick and cut out with a 2 1/2" round cookie cutter. In center of each round put 1 small teaspoon of filling. Fold over to make semi-circular turnover. Press edges together to seal. Glaze with the beaten egg and cut out small slits on top with a knife. Bake at 425º for 8 minutes THEN turn heat down to 375º and bake 8-10 minutes more.
