1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
3 c self-rising flour
1 c each nuts, raisins, and jam
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp each cinnamon, allspice, and cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices with flour and set aside. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add buttermilk alternately with flour. Fold in nuts, raisins and jam. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 2 1/2 hr at 250º.
