1 box cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 box (pound) powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. In mixing bowl, mix cake mix, one egg, and melted margarine. Press into the pan. In same bowl, mix the remaining 2 eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Pour on top of the crust and bake for 35 minutes. If using nuts or anything else, like chocolate chips, coconut, or brickle chips, sprinkle them on or in the filling before baking.

This recipe is incredibly easy. You can use any flavor cake mix: chocolate, carrot cake, strawberry, lemon, or yellow, -- anything you're in the mood for. If using yellow or chocolate cake mix, sprinkle filling with chopped nuts before baking .. or you can instead throw in some chocolate chips, toffee chips or 1 1/2 cups of whatever you want to fill or top it with. These freeze flawlessly.
