12 cups grated zucchini
3 cups grated yellow squash
4 cups chopped onion
3 bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 1/2 cups vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp celery seed

Drain vegetables. Dissolve sugar in vinegar, add spices, and pour over other ingredients. Boil for 20 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes 7 pints.
