1/2 c shortening
3/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 c honey
1/4 c chunky peanut butter
3/4 c rolled oats

Shape into balls and place on ungreased pan. Flatten top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and frost.

Honey Frosting:
1 3/4 c confectioners sugar
1/4 c honey
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Beat until smooth.
Frost cookies and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
