1 c coarsely chopped pecans
1 c flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ c butter room temp.
1 c packed brown sugar
½ c creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp vanilla
8 oz white chocolate
8 oz semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread pecans on un-greased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 6 minutes, cool. Butter 8-inch square baking pan. Line pan with foil, butter foil. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Beat butter, and sugar till smooth. Beat in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture.Coarsely chop white choc. and semi choc. Stir in half of chocolate, ½ c pecans. Spread in pan bake for 30–35 minutes. Until edges set, but center is soft. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and cover, let stand until chocolates are melted. With tip of knife swirl chocolates, sprinkle with remaining pecans. Cool completely ready to serve in 3 hours or later on.
