Mix:
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c oil
Add:
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vinegar
Mix the above well. It will be thick
Fold in:
3 c apples, chopped fine

Bake in a 14 x 10 inch pan, ungreased.
350 degrees
45 minutes
