1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 29 oz can apricots
1 29 oz can peaches
1 29 oz can pear halves
1 15 oz can cherries
3/4 c brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp curry powder, or to taste

Drain the cans of fruit well. Mix melted butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Pour over the fruit in a large, greased casserole and heat in 350º oven for 30 - 45 min.
