Kabobs:
18 medium shrimp or sea scallops
1/2 medium red pepper, cut into 2-inch wedges
1/2 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 medium yellow squash, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes
1 large onion, cut into cubes
12 whole mushrooms

Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables and seafood pieces alternately on six 9-inch metal skewers. Set kabobs in glass baking dish. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over kabobs; cover. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove kabobs from marinade; reserve marinade. Place kabobs in shallow baking pan.
Bake uncovered in 350 degrees F oven 8 minutes; baste with reserved marinade. Continue baking an additional 8 minutes or until done. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve seafood over lemon rice, if desired.
