1/4 c soft butter
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1-3/4 c light cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Grated nutmeg
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar and place in bottom of pie shell. Add cream, vanilla and soft butter in small pieces. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake in 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes before serving (needs to set up like custard).
