1 stick margarine, room temperature

3/4 c. sugar
1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp cream (or evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 8" baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add cooled melted chocolate, 1 tsp cream and 1 egg. Cream together (medium to high speed) for 5 minutes. Add second egg and beat another 5 minutes. Pour into baked shell. Chill and serve (with or without whipped cream.)
