2 1/2 cups water
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 small can chopped green chile
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of onion soup
8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese, cubed

In 3 qt saucepan, combine water, tomato, green chile, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Blend in milk, soups. Serve over cheese cubes.
