4 red (bell) peppers, cut in chunks
1 jalapeno pepper
1 lg onion, chopped
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 to 1 potato, in chunks
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in butter before adding potato and 2 cans chicken broth. Cover; cook until very soft. Put in food processor (or use immersible blender) and puree. Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, and salt.

Serve cold. Garnish with dollop of yogurt, mixed with more dill, salt and pepper
