1 small box lemon jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 tablespons horseradish
8 oz chili sauce
1/2 - 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp or 2 small cans of shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add lemon juice, horseradish and chili sauce. Cut up shrimp. Combine jello mixture, the horseradish and shrimp. Let set in refrigerator (ok if overnite). Serve with crackers.

Note: If using frozen shrimp, defrost the shrimp before adding to the other ingredients.

Our Dad liked this recipe, and especially enjoyed eating shrimp. I recall making it for him to take to a New Year's party when mom was unable to cook anymore.
