1 Baked pie shell
2 1/2 pints blueberries
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 T. cornstarch
1 T. butter
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Fill baked pie shell with blueberries (aprox. 3 cups).

In a saucepan over medium heat boil together the 2
remaining
cups blueberries, salt, sugar, water and corn starch.
Cook until
the glaze turns clear. Remove from heat and add the
butter and
lemon juice. Pour over the berries in the pie shell.
Refrigerate.
Enjoy!
