1, 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1, 15 oz. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Beat the cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add
the eggs, vanilla, and butter, and beat together. Next,
add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and
mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture into a lightly
greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over the
pumpkin mixture. Cut the butter into very thin pats and
arrange over the cake mix like a mosaic, until the cake
mix is covered with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes,
until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold
with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
