Ingredients:
Ingredients:
This turns out best when you make it ahead of time and freeze it.

1 large turkey
or
3-4 Jenny O turkey breasts (depends on how many you're serving)
Lots of real butter
A large crock pot

Directions:
Directions:
Place the turkey(s) in a big roasting pan with about an inch of water on the bottom.
Baste the turkey(s) with melted butter every 20-30 minutes or so.
Slice the turkey when it's cooled.

Now Here's The Secret!
Freeze the turkey and all the juices in a tupperware container.

When you're ready to serve, thaw it out and place in a crockpot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours (depending on how much you have).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I started out making this for the kids graduation open houses. Hence the name. Long after all the kids had graduated I was still asked to bring my "Graduation Turkey" to gatherings. May you always think of me when you think of turkey.
