1 C powdered sugar
1 C granulated sugar
1 C butter or margarine
1 C vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 C flour plus 2 T
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Grease cookie sheets. Cream sugars, butter, oil and eggs until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into small balls and flatten with bottom of sugared glass. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
