9 oz. spaghetti
3 T butter
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. hamburger (browned w/1 sm. onion)
1 med. size jar of favorite spaghetti sauce
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook spaghetti, then put in large bowl; stir in butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Put spaghetti mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Mix together browned hamburger with spaghetti sauce. Pour over spaghetti mixture and bake 20-25 min. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 5 min. longer. Cool 5 minutes.

This one's dedicated to all my kids, but especially to you Matt. I know if I ever want Matt and Ang to visit, all I have to do is make this dish and they'll be there. I can always count on Matt to eat a few pieces (and bring home the left-overs).
