2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/4 c chopped onion
2 T flour
1/2 hot water
1/2 crushed crackers
6 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter. Mix broccoli, water, flour and cheese. Add onions. beat eggs and add to mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Later in her life, when Mom's handwriting became shaky, she started typing. This recipe is typed with her name on it. I remember it well. We loved Cheez Whiz when it came out and found many uses for it. This casserole is a complete meal with the protein of eggs and cheese, and the high vitamin A & C content of broccoli.
