1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion
1 c chopped celery
1 c cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c uncooked minute rice
1/8 c soy sauce
pepper
Chinese noodles
1 pkg uncooked frozen peas
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except noodles and peas. Place in 1 1/2 to 2 quart covered casserole dish. Top with Chinese noodles. Heat oven to 300º and bake covered 1/2 hour and uncover put uncooked frozen peas on top and bake 1/2 hour longer.
