1 c. mayo
1 pkg. Knorr vegatable soup mix
1 10-oz pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 can chopped water chestnuts
4-5 chopped green onions

Mix together and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Great served with bread.
