3/4 pound fresh green beans
6 medium radishes, cut into fourths
2 sprigs parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 teaspoons lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in 1 inch water (salted if desired). Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil uncovered 5 minutes. Cover and boil 5 to 10 minutes longer or until crisp-tender; drain.
Place radishes and parsley in blender. Cover; blend on high speed about 20 seconds, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides, until finely chopped. Cook radish mixture, salt and mustard seed in margarine over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Mix radish mixture, beans and lime juice.
