2 cups herb stuffing mix (dry)
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 medium unpared all-purpose apple, finely chopped
4 pork loin chops, each about 1/2-inch thick Paprika
1/4 cup apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup apple juice, margarine and chopped apple in large bowl. Saute pork chops in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Mound 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on top of each pork chop. Sprinkle with paprika. Add 1/4 cup apple juice to skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is done (170° on meat thermometer) and stuffing is heated through.
