4-8 chicken breasts
1 c. plain yogurt (or sour cream)
3 T. parmesan cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (1 ½ pkgs)
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and dry on a paper towel. Using a rolling pin, crush the Ritz crackers and add them to the garlic and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into the yogurt and then into the cracker mixture.
Take part of the melted butter and coat the bottom of your baking dish. Place chicken in dish and our the remaining butter over the top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour at 350.
