1 large can of chicken or tuna
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 small chopped onion
2 tbsp on mayonaise
1 tbsp on mustard
shredded cheese
tortillas (any flavor)

Drain chicken/tuna in can
Take fork and seperate meat to shred it.
Add chicken/tuna chopped eggs, onion, mayonaise, mustard together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, Mix.
Warm tortillas as directed on package.
Spoon in (1-2 tbsp) of egg salad into middle of tortilla. Add desired amount of shredded cheese and fold in sides of tortilla. Roll up bottom to make a snug wrap. Cut in half.

To store, wrap whole tortilla wrap in parchment paper. When ready to serve, cut through the middle of paper and wrap.
