1 8oz package cream cheese
4oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
In food processor chop pecans. Add other ingredients except paprika and blend well. Mixture will be fairly soft. Chill slightly.
Roll into logs and sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in plastic then chill or freeze.
