1 package of Beef Stew Meat
flour
water
1 package of Beef Stew seasoning
salt and pepper
1 small chopped onion
potatos
carrots
celery

Directions:
Directions:
Coat beef stew meat evenly in flour and brown in skillet over medium high heat.
In crockpot, add three cups of water, beef stew seasoning and salt and pepper and turn crockpot on to high heat.
Place browned meat in to crockpot. Add chopped onion and stir to mix. Cover crockpot.
After an hour place quarted potatos into crockpot, cover. Reduce heat to low.
Cook for three hours before adding in carrots and celery. Cook carrots and celery in beef stew for an hour to hour and a half before serving.
