1 pkg yeast
1 C hot H2O - 120º
1 teas salt
1 teas sugar
2 T veg oil
2 1/2 C flour

MIx these and let rise. Grease pan and your hands. Spread out on pan, stretching it. You will want a little extra on the edges. Makes a thick crust. Bake at 425º once you have your pizza topped!
