4 T butter
1 C chopped potatoes
1/2 C chopped carrots
1/2 C chopped onions
Dash of pepper
1 pkg frozen broccoli
1 pkg frozen cauliflower
3 C shredded american cheese
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 C hot water
1/2 C flour
2 C milk

Put 3 chicken bouillon cubes in 3 cups hot water, add vegetables, cook 1/2 hour. Mix 2 cups milk with 1/2 cup flour. add to vegetable broth. Stir in 3 cups shredded american cheese, stir until melted.
