2 bunches broccoli rabe (also called rapini)
1 can chicken broth
3 - 4 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices
olive oil
1 whole fresh lemon
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, trim and cut the broccoli rabe into 1" pieces. Simmer in large covered skillet in chicken broth until tender. Remove broccoli rabe from skillet and drain any remaining liquid. Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add broccoli rabe and saute for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in juice from lemon. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
