1 stick butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
9" unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into 9" unbaked pie crust and bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake until brown -- about 20 -25 minutes.

Makes enough for a "deep dish" pie crust -- or recipe doubled will fill 3 Pet Ritz regular size pie shells.
