4 heads of garlic sliced into slivers
2 lbs of large shrimp
1 bag of salad mix
feta cheese
about 2 cups of white wine
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of sugar
cherry tomatoes sliced in half length wise
1 can large black olives sliced in half length wise
greek seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee shrimp in olive oil and greek seasoning until done.
Mix together sugar, wine, butter, and garlic. Cook over medium high temp. until the wine has cooked out and garlic in light brown and candied.
Prepare plate with outer ring of tomatoes, olives and shrimp. In the middle pile up lettuce and top with hot garlic. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

This dish was made for me and my co-workers by our District Manger Mike Mabry. I liked it so much that I went home that night and tried to re-create it. I didn't know the exact measurements but I think this is pretty close.
